These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website toolkithazelcore.click and any reporting engagement contracted with Hazel Core Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Hazel Core," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described

Hazel Core Analytics prepares donor impact reports, campaign measurement briefings, quarterly giving reviews, and related presentation sessions for nonprofit organizations. All services involve delivery of documents and live sessions — not software licenses, subscriptions, or ongoing system access.

2. Contract formation

A binding engagement begins when you accept a written quote or statement of work issued by Hazel Core and pay the required deposit. Website contact form submissions are inquiries only and do not constitute a contract.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete source data within the timelines specified in your statement of work. Delays in file delivery may shift project deadlines. You are responsible for the accuracy of source records you submit. Hazel Core reconciles and reports on provided data but does not audit your financial statements.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered reports, charts, and narratives for internal board distribution, grant reporting, and public disclosure as your organization requires. Hazel Core retains ownership of underlying chart templates, methodology documentation, and anonymized sector benchmark data. You may not resell our deliverables or sublicense them to third-party commercial analytics vendors without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your donor records and financial data as confidential. We do not disclose client-identifiable data to third parties except as required by law or with your written authorization. Anonymized aggregate benchmarks may be used internally across engagements.

6. Limitation of liability

Hazel Core's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost fundraising revenue, board decisions based on our reports, or delays caused by incomplete client data. Our reports are informational documents for organizational decision-making, not audited financial statements or legal advice.

7. Revisions and acceptance

Each engagement includes the revision rounds specified in your quote. Additional revision rounds are quoted separately. Final deliverables are deemed accepted if no written objection is received within ten business days of delivery.

8. Website use

You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial republication. All website content is copyright Hazel Core Analytics Co., Ltd.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply to new engagements after the posted date. Active contracts are governed by the Terms in effect at contract signing.
