Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to reporting engagements contracted with Hazel Core Analytics Co., Ltd. All fees are quoted in KRW unless otherwise stated in your written quote.

1. Deposit and payment schedule

Engagements require a 40% deposit to hold your delivery slot. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final documents or before a scheduled board presentation session, whichever applies to your engagement. Deposits are invoiced at contract signing; final balances are invoiced at delivery.

2. Cancellation by client before work begins

If you cancel after paying the deposit but before we begin reconciliation work (defined as before accessing your uploaded source files for analysis), we refund 80% of the deposit. A 20% administrative fee covers scheduling and intake preparation. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@toolkithazelcore.click.

3. Cancellation after work has started

Once reconciliation or chart production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-engagement, you owe fees for work completed to date, calculated at the hourly rate stated in your quote (or KRW 95,000 per hour if no rate is specified), capped at the total quoted engagement fee. Any unused portion of prepaid amounts beyond completed work is refunded within 14 business days.

4. Full refund eligibility

A full refund of all amounts paid (deposit and balance) is issued only if Hazel Core cancels the engagement due to our inability to deliver, or if we fail to deliver final documents within 21 calendar days of the contracted delivery date without a mutually agreed extension.

5. Partial refund eligibility

Partial refunds may apply when:

• Delivered reports contain material factual errors traceable to our reconciliation process (not errors in client source data)
• We miss a contracted revision deadline by more than 10 business days
• A board presentation session is cancelled by Hazel Core with less than 48 hours notice

Partial refund amounts are determined case by case, typically 10–30% of the engagement fee depending on impact.

6. Non-refundable items

• Deposits after reconciliation work has started
• Rush delivery surcharges when delivery occurred within the rush timeline
• On-site travel fees already incurred
• Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your quote
• Quarterly retainer fees for quarters in which a snapshot was delivered, even if you did not use the document

7. Rescheduling

Engagement start dates may be rescheduled once without fee if requested at least 14 calendar days before the original start date and if our schedule permits. Rescheduling within 14 days may forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot with another client.

Board presentation sessions may be rescheduled once without fee with at least 7 calendar days notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session fee.

8. No-shows

If your designated representative fails to attend a scheduled kickoff call or board presentation without rescheduling, we attempt one rescheduled session at no charge. A second no-show forfeits the session fee with no refund.

9. Client data delays

Late submission of source files shifts delivery dates but does not entitle you to a refund. If your data remains incomplete 60 days after the contracted intake date, we may cancel the engagement and retain the deposit as compensation for reserved capacity.

10. Refund process and timing

Submit refund requests to info@toolkithazelcore.click with your contract reference, engagement type, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

11. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply with additional documentation. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
