How we began

Founder Nam Soojin spent six years as a development operations coordinator at a Gyeonggi health foundation, where board meetings routinely ran long because donor charts were prepared in inconsistent formats each quarter. In 2017, she left to open a small reporting studio in Bucheon focused exclusively on document delivery for nonprofits — not software sales, not CRM implementation.

The first three clients were former colleagues who needed annual reports before audit season. By 2019, word spread through the Gyeonggi nonprofit network and we added campaign briefing and quarterly retainer engagements. Today we serve fourteen active clients, mostly mid-size organizations with 200 to 2,000 active donors.

Our working approach

We treat each engagement as a commissioned report, similar to how an architectural firm delivers blueprints. You provide source records; we reconcile, chart, and narrate. Every chart includes a source footnote. Every number in the executive narrative links back to an appendix table.

We do not retain your donor data beyond the contract retention period specified in our privacy policy. Source files are deleted from our secure storage within 90 days of final delivery unless you request extended archival.
