Quarterly Giving Trend Review
Four-page quarterly snapshot tracking recurring gift health, lapsed donor counts, and pipeline movement for organizations that report to boards every quarter.
What you receive
Four identical-format snapshots per year, delivered two weeks before each scheduled board meeting. Each snapshot covers recurring gift attrition, new donor acquisition, lapsed donor reactivation attempts, and major gift pipeline stage changes.
Retainer terms
Annual retainer covers four deliveries on dates you specify at contract signing. Additional ad-hoc snapshots outside the schedule are quoted separately. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling for the Annual Donor Impact Report engagement.
Data requirements
Monthly CRM export submitted by the 5th of the month following each quarter end. Late submissions may shift delivery date but are not refundable.
