Annual Donor Impact Report
A complete annual giving summary with retention cohorts, major donor movement, and a board-ready executive narrative for Korean nonprofits with 200–2,000 active donors.
What you receive
The Annual Donor Impact Report is our flagship engagement. You send us CRM exports, bank reconciliation files, and any event attendance records from your fiscal year. We return a structured report package containing:
- A 12–18 page PDF briefing with labeled charts
- Editable chart files (SVG and spreadsheet formats)
- Annotated source tables showing how each figure was calculated
- A one-page executive narrative written for board distribution
Scope included
We segment donors by acquisition channel, calculate year-over-year retention for first-time givers, track major donor upgrades and downgrades above your defined threshold, and map restricted fund inflows against budget lines. The executive narrative explains three key findings and two recommended follow-up actions — written in plain language, not fundraising jargon.
Scope excluded
This engagement does not include CRM configuration, data cleanup beyond standard deduplication, tax receipt generation, or grant proposal writing. If your donor records require extensive reconciliation before analysis, we quote a separate data preparation phase.
Process
Week 1: Kickoff call to confirm fiscal year boundaries, major donor thresholds, and campaign list. You upload source files via secure link.
Weeks 2–3: We reconcile giving totals against bank deposits, flag discrepancies, and send a draft chart set for your review.
Week 4: You confirm chart accuracy. We draft the executive narrative and compile the final PDF.
Weeks 5–6 (if needed): One revision round included. Optional on-site presentation to your board in Bucheon or Seoul metro area.
Preparation required
Gather CRM export (CSV or Excel), bank statements or reconciliation report for the fiscal year, list of campaigns with date ranges, and your organization's major donor threshold definition. Records should cover a complete fiscal year with no gaps longer than 30 days.
Next step
Submit a brief through our contact form with your fiscal year end date and approximate active donor count. We respond with a fixed quote within two business days.
